The Ancient Way of Circle

A Practicum and Retreat for Leaders

Today organizations are facing challenges that feel unprecedented- and to our bodies and consciousness they are!

Leaders are navigating challenges to employee mental health and well-being, a persistent lack of belonging and inclusion amidst a loneliness epidemic and the ramifications of a COVID impacted culture. Our systems and ways of being seem to be failing us — yet still many spaces continue to place the burden of change on individual solutions and shiny ideas that result in more extraction and exhaustion.

Our attention has become a precious commodity, empathy more difficult to access, and meaningful conversations are reduced to mere directives or company-wide memos.

But what if we dared to hold deeper, more meaningful conversations?

What is Circle?

The Circle Way is a practice rooted in ancient Indigenous wisdom and healing traditions that fosters collective wisdom, care, and a sense of belonging.

What Awaits You:

  • Circle Wisdom: Awaken your self awareness, compassion, and the wisdom that arrives when we gather with open minds and hearts.

  • Practical and Mindful Learning: Integrate Circle’s mindful practices into your life’s work and among those you lead and love.

  • Community Building: Connect with kindred spirits in a nurturing environment, fostering relationships that extend beyond the retreat.

  • Rest & Play: Find within yourself and within Nature a sense of joy, ease, and delight.

Is Circle for Me?

We welcome a diverse group, including managers, facilitators, team leaders, consultants, coaches, entrepreneurs, educators, artists, faith leaders, and activists. Whether you work with the young or the elderly, from public to the private sector, if you seek to create meaningful conversations with deeper insight, wisdom, and compassion, this is for you.

Your Guides

Chantilly and Tommy bring over 25 years of combined experience in leadership, community building, dialogue, and change. Their work is deeply rooted in friendship, a love for learning, and a belief that there's more to discover. Together, they're stewarding The Kin-dom Collective, a spiritual community that incorporates the Circle’s pattern into meaningful conversations that nurture healing and a connection to one another and the natural world.
